Homeowners who have arranged a free no-obligation home visit from Apollo Blinds will be forgiven for thinking that Ken Dodd has turned up on their doorstep, complete with tickling sticks.

As well as showcasing our stunning collections of window blinds, shutters and awnings, our franchise owners will also be carrying our new range of ostrich feather dusters on home appointments.

Our consultants aren’t on a mission to tickle the orders out of prospective customers – although that would be an interesting new sales technique. They will be showcasing the ostrich feather dusters to show customers how to keep their blinds dust-free and in tip-top condition for years to come.

It’s all very well having stunning blinds in any window which help to make homes beautiful, but we want to make sure they stay beautiful – which is why after sales is so important to us. They air from next month on the Home TV channel. We’ve chosen to advertise on Home (Sky 246 and Virgin Media 265) specifically because there’s lots of different programmes for people who love everything to do with improving their homes and gardens.

And with great offers on our breathtaking blinds we’re expecting to get a huge amount of enquires, particularly from people clicking onto to find their nearest Apollo Blinds.

Our strapline is that we make homes beautiful but now we can also lay claim to making Home TV beautiful as well with the Apollo magic.

Earlier this week our GM asked the Apollo team one very simple question: why do people deal with Apollo Blinds?

As you’d expect the suggestions came thick and fast, and it wasn’t long before we had a lengthy list which covered all aspects of the business. And, after some serious pruning, we produced a list which encapsulates everything that’s good about Apollo Blinds.
