- Chalky Blue and Earthy Neutrals
Blue is the colour favoured by the trends forecasters at Dulux, who hailed Denim Drift as the colour of the year for 2017. This translates as a chalky mid-tone blue with warm undertones for spring/summer, a colour that blends naturally with neutral earthen shades.

“Dusky mid-blue is incredibly versatile, allowing us to drift effortlessly into spring and summer. On window blinds, natural tactile fabrics like linen and cotton weaves add to the hand-crafted feel that completes this look, where coloured shutters (another big look for windows next year) in rustic grey will add warmth and a homely feel.”
