Booking an appointment – what happens next
Here’s everything you need to know about what happens when you book a FREE home consultation
First things first
We’ll call you ASAP (at the latest by the next working day) to confirm your FREE, no-obligation Apollo Blinds home consultation. We’ll arrange your home appointment at a time to suit you – even if that’s in the evening or at the weekend.
What are you looking for?
We’ll also ask some initial questions to understand what you need from your window covering (e.g. remote control, total blackout, etc.), as well as the styles you are looking for.
We won’t just bring what you asked for…
At the appointment, we’ll bring along our fabulous collection books in the styles, fabrics and finishes you might be interested in – as well as some options you might not have considered. Using our expertise, we will provide tailored recommendations on the best Apollo Blinds products for your home.
You browse, we’ll measure up
While you’re browsing our collections, we’ll take accurate measurements of each window.
Your quote
Based on the product you choose and the size of each window, we can provide an accurate quote – which we’ll talk you through. We’ll also give you an indication of lead times for each product (these do vary depending on the product).
If you’re happy to place an order…
Hurray! We’ll start the ball rolling straight away. Just so you know, we do ask for a 50% deposit – because we will be manufacturing window covering that are bespoke to your home.
We’ll fit your order as soon as it’s ready
Just like the home visit, we’ll arrange the fitting appointment at a time to suit you. The installation will be carried out by a well-trained expert, who will complete it cleanly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to your day. They’ll also explain its operation, plus set up home automation system integration if you’ve chosen this option.
Job done
Once the installation is complete and you’re happy with your new fitted blinds, we’ll run through a quick form that needs completing to validate your guarantee.
